Lakka trainings are created by experienced teachers who have previously worked both in schools and in private courses.

REGINA BAUER is the founder of the company and a teacher of Estonian as a foreign language. Regina has been teaching both children and adults for 16 years. Her students successfully pass exams and use Estonian in their daily lives.

Regina graduated from Tallinn University in 2006, her major is Estonian as a foreign language and Estonian culture. Regina herself is bilingual. Humorous, active, demanding and proactive – this is how his students know her. “You can’t get home without homework” is her principle.

Svetlana Bauer

SVETLANA BAUER is a mathematics teacher. Her experience is extremely diverse – she has worked both as a top engineer and a school teacher, being a TalTech alumnus herself.

Svetlana, also bilingual, has been teaching mathematics and physics to both school and university students for over 25 years. Most of her students have successfully passed the exams and got into the chosen university. Svetlana is a demanding and result-oriented teacher, whose students do a lot of practical tasks in class and can also solve them at home.

OLGA SUVOROVA – is an experienced English teacher with 18 years of experience, working with both children and adults. She actively employs innovative educational methodologies and technologies, making her lessons interesting and engaging. Olga possesses a wide range of teaching strategies and develops original ideas. Her students successfully develop their communicative skills, becoming proficient in oral communication, understanding authentic texts, and engaging in written communication. She creates a friendly atmosphere during her lessons, encouraging active participation from the students.

All teachers of the school provide monthly feedback on the success of each student in a 10-point system. Feedback includes:

The entrance to the building is next to the Tõnismäe bus and trolleybus stop, and there is parking available behind the building.
